NEW - Psychotherapy Group
Starting January 2014. Tuesdays 6pm – 8pm
The Practice Rooms, 26 Upper Borough Walls, Bath BA1 1RH
The aim of this psychotherapy group is to help you to feel more connected to yourself and others, to experience a greater sense of self-acceptance and develop ways of living that are meaningful to you.
The group provides a rich environment in which to get support with past and present difficulties. These may include experiences of loss, fear of change, a sense of isolation, difficulties in relationship, or a lack of purpose in life.
Group members will also have the opportunity to explore their hopes, dreams and aspirations.
A commitment to a weekly ongoing group allows trust and confidence to develop between members. You will be encouraged to share your feelings, thoughts and insights, enabling you to gain a richer understanding of yourself, your patterns of relating, as well as your beliefs and values.
Cost: £80 per month, concessions may be possible.
