Psychological well-being workshop
Are you interested in discovering more about yourself and the relationships in your life?
Sometimes we can feel like we're going round in circles - like we're making the same 'mistakes' over and over again; contentment evades us, as we are caught up in unhelpful or limiting ways of being in the world.
Using transactional analysis concepts (a theory of personality and communication) our workshop will cover a combination of teaching, discussion and practical exercises, to start you on the journey of making long-lasting personal change towards a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
In a supportive environment, we will explore why we sometimes get stuck in repetitive ways of being - both with ourselves and other people.
We’ll talk through how understanding our past can give us insight into why we behave the way we do now. We'll look at how we can improve our relationships with others, by understanding how and why we communicate the way we do, and explore your potential to start to change 'the story of your life'.
Prior booking is essential. Contact: firstname.lastname@example.org or 07970 776 261.
