Personal breakthrough (using Pesso Boyden)
Personal breakthrough taster day with Sue Lewis.
A group day using a powerful new method to help you release the grip of your past. The group will have only four to eight people to help build trust and safety.
Our bodies hold a lot of knowledge about our past experiences, more than we can speak or remember. Accessing this can help provide clues as to what was needed in our childhood and what can affect our adult lives.
The Pesso Boyden method uses a symbolic method to ‘create a new memory’ and form a positive experience from which we can live our lives. It has been shown by some neuroscience research to affect the wiring in our brains in a very positive way.
It is focused on our bodily feelings and emotions, and is very client-led in a gentle, safe and positive environment. It is especially powerful in a group setting, where participants can support each other.
There will be three 'structures' (client sessions) over the day as well as some context about the method and how it works. The structures can resonate with, and provide great benefit to, everyone even if they do not take part directly themselves; everyone is impacted in some way by the work. Everyone will be offered a structure, and if there are more than three people wanting one, then a lottery will be held.
