Overcoming anxiety and fears - a toolkit for a caring parent

Come to this insightful, down to earth and practical workshop facilitated by a counsellor Kamila Kaminska (Reg. MBACP) and explore ways to support your child and deal with their anxiety and fears. The workshop is delivered in two parts over two Saturday mornings.
We will cover during the two-part workshop:
understanding your child's distress and how anxiety affects body and mind
ways to develop self-awareness and enhance self-control in stressful situations
techniques to contain, soothe and respond to your child's fears and anxiety
Who is the workshop for?
Parents of pre- and primary school age children (4–10 years old).
It is parents only event, please come without children.
Where, when, how much?
Saturday, 5th and 12th of November, 10–11.30am

£40 in total, payable when booking (£20 for each part of the workshop)
