  • Do you seek people's approval at the expense of your own needs?

  • Is trying to live up to other people’s expectations ruining your life?

  • Are you tired of putting others first, but confused about how to change?

If so, then the How II Overcome: People Pleasing workshop is definitely for you.

People pleasing has the potential to be very dangerous. If left unchecked, it can result in living a life based on the wants and needs of others. This can result in people becoming confused about who they really are, and evoke feelings of guilt when pursuing their own interests.

Everyone goes through times when they feel pressure to achieve certain goals, behave in a particular manner or even look a certain way. These pressures, or expectations, might have a positive influence and can challenge or motivate you to do your best. However, unrealistic expectations from other people can be unhelpful, and can have a negative impact on your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

Come share, encounter and develop useful coping strategies to help overcome life’s key challenges.

You are not alone!
