New Year Wellbeing Workshops
New Year Wellbeing workshops held on a Thursday evening for 6 weeks. The workshops will cover all aspects of self, health, development and future aspirations.
Overall approach will be tailored to group needs and be holistic in nature, drawing on psychotherapy, spirituality and coaching.
Each workshop will cover specific aspects of self and well being and provide a range of approaches to enhance potential for complete well being as we move into the new year.
