Mindfulness open day
Open days are a good way to experience mindfulness in practice. If you have ever been curious to know or just want to find out what mindfulness is all about then now is your chance. These three hour open day/taster sessions, offer the opportunity to meet with other participants who are already on the course, ask questions and find out what the benefits of mindfulness are.
