"Mindfulness and more" - TBA - Mondays or Wednesdays; 12.45-1.45pm or 8.00-9.00pm
Designed to help people find more positiveand effective ways of coping with the stresses and strains of modern life.
This six session, one hour weekly course will provide mindfulness training and other exercises that will help you discover and develop the strengths and qualities you need to improve your sense of well-being at home and in the workplace.
Whether it is stress, anxiety, a lack of confidence or depression, training and practice in mindfulness and associated exercises has proven helpful and beneficial and is supported by the NHS and WHO.
About the host
Bob is an experienced Counsellor, Trauma Therapist and Clinical Supervisor. He provides a safe, warm and relaxing space with others in which to explore and practice new ways of managing stress, building resilience and developing positive strengths and abilities.
