Mindfulness monthly practice group
Please join us for our monthly Mindfulness Practice Group in Penge. No experience required! The next groups are:
7th October 12-1pm
4th November 12-1pm
2nd December 12-1pm.
This is an hour long session where we focus on a particular element of mindfulness (e.g. gratitude, non-striving, beginner's mind) and spend a short time reflecting on this to set our intention.
We then do a few short meditations, involving focusing on the breath. I also offer some practical ideas about how to integrate mindfulness into your life. It is a fun, friendly, relaxed space so do join us!

I am a qualified psychotherapist, mental health social worker, and group facilitator. I currently work for the NHS and in private practice.
