Mindfulness meditation six week course
Time: 8.30pm (1hr)
Mindfulness is a skill that focuses on developing a sense of being in the present and experiencing thought and action moment-by-moment. Our thoughts take up most of our time as we are primarily in the past or future. With Mindfulness time seems to expand rather than diminish. This workshop aims to introduce Mindfulness and offers some the techniques of Mindfulness to enable you to follow through and develop your own Mindfulness practice.
