I facilitate a regular Mindfulness Meditation Session, on a drop-in basis, which is suitable for beginners or for those who want to maintain their existing practice.
Sessions are held every Thursday at 7 - 8pm
The session provides a space for mindfulness practice with simple guidance, reflective reading, discussion and reflection. The session incorporates the meditative sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls.
We can spend much of our time dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Mindfulness is about living life in the present.
