Mindfulness for daily life
These weekly sessions will be held on Wednesdays at 14.30 to 16.00, from 3/6/2015.
- Increase your sense of well-being.
- Reduce stress and anxiety.
- Add breathing space and calm to your life.
We will explore a range of meditation,breath, movement and other exercises which can be applied to any aspect of our daily lives.
About the host
My interest in and love of Mindfulness continually grows since completing an eight-week course in 2011. Regular practice (including refresher classes/retreats) helps me to cope with and reduce symptoms of ME/Chronic Fatigue syndrome. In my classes and workshops I'm delighted by how enjoyable and beneficial participants seem to find Mindfulness.
