Mindfulness for daily life

We explore a range of breath, movement and other exercises which can be applied to any aspect of our daily lives, including the mindfulness of breathing meditation.
No need to enrol, this is an ongoing class, all welcome.
About the host
I have been practising Mindfulness since undergoing an 8 week course early 2011, having been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME). I find it immensely helpful in managing my symptoms, including stress, anxiety & insomnia.
In counselling Mindfulness seems to be experienced as beneficial for many of my clients as well as my own self care.
