An introduction to mindfulness: This course explores what mindfulness is and the various ways mindfulness can help in our daily lives.

It starts by introducing the concepts and applications of mindfulness. As the course progresses it looks at how mindfulness can help in the reduction of anxiety and stress, and how it can improve your daily performance.

Learn how to be kinder to yourself and improve communication skills. By using meditation and visualisation together with other techniques, you can learn how using mindfulness can help enhance both your physical and emotional health.

Why do the course?

Mindfulness courses are a stepping stone to learning how to deal with anxiety, depression, stress, tiredness. It can also help with creativity, attention span, memory and empathy.
