Mindfulness and working with anger
We are a group that meet once a month and are now in our 3rd year.
we meet every 1st wed of every month at 8pm at the community center.
For the first hour we practice mindfulness techniques such as standing, walking, siting,
followed by a talk and discussion.
In June we will be discussing anger and how to deal and over come this with mediation process.
