Mindfulness and self-compassion, a course for quiet time and inner journeys
For everyone who needs a quiet time. We all know how stresses and strains of work and a busy family life can have a negative impact on our resilience and health. That is why I like to offer a tranquil space to find yourself, time to regain strength and exercises to renew your energy. You will be able to build a sanctuary of peace and kindness inside yourself, which will help you to live your life to the full.
A course which offers the time and space to practice mindfulness and self-compassion. You will learn how to be present in the moment. We will explore meditations - sitting or walking, breathing techniques - pranayamas, inner smile, self-massage, mantras and visualisations to facilitate deep relaxation and to uplift your mood.
About the host
I am a professional counsellor working with a variety of therapeutic approaches in my practice in Shropshire and Chester. I am specialised in offering yoga, mindfulness training and expressive art facilitations. I became fascinated by how body and mind working together and engaged in extensive studies of acupressure, yoga, nutrition, meditation.
