Mindfulness and guided meditation class
Based on mindfulness and also classical psychosynthesis guided meditation, this class is great for self-improvement. It is designed to help you centre, to calm stress in your system, settle your emotions, and also to engage in spiritual growth through accessing subconscious wisdom.
Please arrive 10 minutes early and have a cuppa downstairs before we start if you would like, so you arrive in good time and start in a non-rushed way.
Beginners and experienced welcome.

Cathy Towers is the founder of Exeter Mind and Body Clinic which hosts experienced complementary health and talking therapists who support your health and well-being. It is known for being "an oasis of calm in the centre of the city".
She is a therapist of 30 years, her original background is in psychosynthesis psychotherapy.
