Mindfulness and guided imagination meditation
Mindfulness and guided imagination meditation - Monday evenings.
We start the evening with a mindfulness meditation designed to help you attend closely to the here and now, to centre, to calm your system and settle your emotions.
The second part of the class will be a guided imagination meditation, a little like consciously observing a dream. Such imagery brings creative understanding from our unconscious into our conscious awareness. This is a way to make personal development fun and relaxing too, a way to grow and develop into the best we can be.
Please arrive at 6pm and have a cuppa downstairs before we start at 6.10pm with the meditation, so you are in good time and start in a non-rushed way. The meditations finish at 7.10pm.
Beginners and experienced welcome.
