Mindful change group
Struggling with change, a painful loss or feel like you're not coping? Don't be alone.
The mindful change group, (Egham, TW20) focuses on the challenge of change and will help you explore your experience of change and use skills from mindfulness for support.
With the warm welcome and a friendly environment, attendees can anticipate to gain mutual support, understanding and encouragement as they engage with change in their life. Other benefits of being part of a group include reduced isolation, developing self-awareness and is more affordable than one-to-one counselling.
Benefits of mindfulness include improved physical and mental health, increased concentration and productivity and increased ability to manage pain, anxiety, stress, depression and exhaustion.
This is a closed group, running fortnightly for six weeks.

I help people adapt to change and specialise in loss. Health, heart, home, business, work, person or place, it matters. I am a registered Person Centred Counsellor with over 10 years experience working with individuals and groups. I believe each of us has potential to live to the maximum and it's healthy to sometimes admit we need a little help.
