Mens therapy group
This group is a unique place where men come together to explore their experiences and be emotionally open with each other about the complexities and challenges of being a man in the world today. Working through the areas that arise in the group, members have the opportunity to redefine themselves and readjust to the challenges in everyday life in a more informed and conscious manner.
The group is a supportive, safe and confidential place to gather and share. There is maximum of eight members and runs over the course of 12 weeks. Group members meet weekly for two and a half hours with a break in the middle. Working foremost as a therapy group, with themes that are relevant to its male attendees, the group is collaborative so the themes and creative direction of the group is negotiated by the group members and facilitator.
Prior to joining, Jim will talk to each member on an individual basis, either by phone or face to face if you prefer. This will give you the opportunity to ask questions and to decide if this group is the right place for you.
This group is open to adult men and suited to individuals who are either in or who have had experience of therapy or personal development work. The group offers a space for its members to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences and receive feedback and support from other group members.
The 12 session block costs £320 and runs on a Monday evening from 6:30pm till 9:00pm.
