Meets one Sunday a month from 10am-5pm
Cost £50 a day- (4 session minimum commitment)

Explore personal issues with the support of other men in a supportive and challenging group.

The group will be a place to explore personal issues including relationships, identity, anger, depression, family and work issues, bereavements, abuse... Anything that impacts on a man's sense of identity and wellbeing. We'll be using creative experiments and group work to develop self awareness, clarify personal issues, unblock stuck feelings and uncover our fixed patterns of relating to self and others.
