This 1-day workshop explores the psychological process of menopause and acknowledges this important transitional phase of life.

Menopause is a key transition in a woman's life in which both the body and spirit undergo a major transformation. This change is a normal and healthy part of a woman's maturation process. It is an ending and a beginning, when women take stock of who they are and who they want to be. Menopause is an opportunity to truly come home to beliefs and intentions, and to experience a deep feeling of inner authority and meaning. It is a time of awakening.

Whatever stage of life you are at, this workshop will teach you about the menopause stage of womanhood, through experiential processes, sharing and teaching. You will learn about the psycho-spiritual process, the inner map, leading 'home'. Many of our clients experience menopause as an unpleasant set of symptoms that they just want to get rid of. Rather than ignoring or dismissing the signals of this important and significant time you will learn to support your clients to maximise the creative potential of this opportunity.
