Living with Heart

Spring is starting to stir within the womb of the earth.  Seeds are starting to stir within the ground.  At this time of rebirth and new beginnings, this one day workshop invites you to use sound and creativity to nurture your heart and explore the potential for growth.

Heather Morfett and Di Stewart aim to offer a safe space for reflection and personal growth.  Their work is organic, creative and intuitive. In this workshop they combine visualisation & poetry, sound bath/ meditation & healing through chanting/toning.
