“You have no idea what your legacy will be. It is every life that has ever been touched, uplifted, moved, or not moved by everything you did and shared.” Maya Angelou.

Your legacy is something you create during your lifetime; it is a gift you give to others. We often associate legacy with death and dying. How we live our lives is our legacy.

Book now and utilise poetry and therapeutic writing as a tool to help you clarify your legacy, increase your confidence and create meaningful change in your own life as well as in the lives of others.

This workshop is experiential and for anyone who enjoys writing, for personal development or for professional development, those interested in or already using therapeutic writing with groups or with individual clients.

No prior knowledge of poetry or expressive writing is required, just a willingness to share, reflect and experiment with words in a supportive environment.

You especially benefit when you share your writing. Hearing your words validated by others can be a powerful learning experience and can lead to deeper levels of understanding and increased confidence and self esteem. However, you always decide what you wish to share.

CPD certificates provided.

Book now spaces are limited.
