We are able to offer individual Person-Centred supervision to both qualified and trainee counsellors.
 
I am truly passionate about the Person-Centred way of working with clients and this has now extended to my supervisory work with supervisees.

During supervision I will offer you the opportunity to explore personal and professional issues that will help you to develop your awareness and facilitate your work with clients. By offering the 'core conditions' within the supervisory relationship, I aim to provide a secure space where you can freely explore yourself, your way of working as a counsellor, the highs and lows of your therapeutic work, the difficulties and the wonderous moments you share with your clients.

It is important that we are able to develop a trusting and secure supervisory relationship so that you get the very best from our sessions and this benefit can then filter through to your clients... be receptive to feedback, accept acknowledgements, be prepared for challenge, enjoy the journey, question yourself, and be yourself. I learn just as much from you so I'll be doing the same!

As well as using a reflective and educational approach I will also encourage your own exploration of issues raised, so that you are able to develop your own 'internal supervisor' to help you to work more effectively.

Please note that as part of our professional work together I would expect supervisees to be a member of a professional body such as the BACP and to work within their ethical framework for good practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Fees for individual supervision:

1 hour - £40

1.5 hours - £60

2 hours - £75
