'Just Living' Therapeutic Group
A group for people who have some experience of therapeutic relationships and who want to discover more about who they are but in a group setting.
Just living in the world, forming maintaining and ending relationships can be difficult and bring conflicts and challenges that we can often feel ill-equipped to deal with. Whilst individual counselling and psychotherapy is helpful in many ways, being part of a therapeutic group can bring challenges yet at the same time offer new opportunities for making sense of relationships. In a group such as this we learn about who we are in relationship to others, in the moment, just living.
This is a new group, facilitated by Lorna Marchant for those who have some experience of counselling and psychotherapeutic relationships and who would like to explore and understand themselves in relationship in a different way.
This group will meet once every month on a Saturday from 10am to 4pm beginning. The group is limited to 8 participants and in order to gain the most from the group, participants are expected to stay in the group for at least one term.
Lorna is an experienced humanistic group facilitator and enjoys the way in which groups can bring about change in ways that are different from an individual counselling relationship.
The next group begins Autumn 2014
The cost per term is £150.00
The group hours will count towards your CPD
