Psychodynamic concepts offer you a fascinating and enlightening way of addressing client issues that gives depth and meaning to your work.

Develop your ability to think psychologically around client issues and take your work to a whole new level!

You will have the opportunity to reflect on and engage with the concepts at a personal level to enhance your self-awareness. Also, considerations for application to your counselling practice will be woven throughout.

This workshop will be of particular value to counsellors in training as well as those trained who would like to grasp the essence of the Psychodynamic approach to counselling.

Valerie Adams, a counselling tutor for 12 years at NRC, Ballymena on the Foundation Degree in Counselling and CPCAB levels 2 to 6. She also lectured at Queen's University, Belfast This wealth of experience enables her to identify and meet counsellor training needs. Her passion for sharing her knowledge is matched by her co-tutor, Laura Patterson.
