An introduction to mindfulness workshop suitable for those interested in finding out more about mindfulness practice and techniques, and those interested in undertaking the 8 week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) or mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) courses.

An 8 week MBSR course is also currently scheduled to begin to the 20th April, 7-9pm for 8 consecutive Fridays.

This workshop is being hosted by Indee yoga studios and being facilitated by Tania Brocklehurst and Helen Lehrle. Tania is a mindfulness facilitator having completed teacher training with Bangor university, and is a senior accredited counsellor and supervisor, and Helen MBACP, manages the Acorn wellbeing service.
