Introduction to mindfulness
This small workshop is designed for those curious about Mindfulness, what it means and how it can impact on anxiety and stress.
There will be some teaching and some meditation.
It is a one off event, that if proves popular will be held regularly.
No experience, previous knowledge or experience of mindfulness is necessary. It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing.
