In this workshop you will be introduced to the great psychologist Carl Gustav Jung's biography and the following psychological concepts developed by him:

- Personality types (what kind of person am I and what are my needs?).

- The shadow (what are my blind spots?).

- Archetypes and the collective unconscious (we are not born "blank" but already have a character at birth).

- The midlife transition (what needs to change in mid-life?).

- The theory of individuation (how can we fulfill our potential?).

- The concept of the Self (who stands behind the Ego?)

- Spirituality and the numinous (the often unexplored dimensions of our psyche).

The Psychotherapist Andrew Jamieson UKCP will explain these concepts and after each topic there will be time for questions and discussion. There will also be some exercises which will help to explore these concepts at a personal level.

There will be tea breaks in the mornings and afternoon. We provide the refreshments, you provide your own lunch.
