Why do we dream?  What is a dream?  Where do they come from?  This workshop explores the dream realm introducing different types of dreams, how to record dreams and will draw on the symbolic meaning of dreams.  Structured methods of dream interpretation from the Jungian and Existential perspective will also be presented; that will provide deeper insight into the dream world both personally and when used with clients.   There will be opportunities to discuss and work with dreams and practice dream analysis tools. This is an interactive workshop building on people’s current experience and knowledge, providing 6 hours of CPD.
