To play is a joy that we hope all children have the freedom to do, unfortunately that's not always the case.

As adults, we don't always know how to play. As therapists, it's a must. So, we hope this workshop will help you find your inner child, but also encourage the adult to be free and creative. 

To be playful leads to laughter, laughter leads to playfulness, which in turn leads to fantasy and imagination. So, time to loosen up, have fun, be creative and collect rainbows.

Herne Bay Counsellor Training along with facilitator Annetta Bowden. Annetta Bowden has worked in various settings over the years and is currently working in private practice. She is a senior accredited psychotherapist, counsellor, supervisor and trainer. She comes from an integrative model with experience of long and short term work.
