In search of happiness is not a self improvement course. It is a course to rediscover the real you. We will explore and put aside the years of conditioning and criticism you may have heard or inflicted upon yourself. This allows you to go deeper within, where true happiness and joy live.

What is happiness?
Happiness is not easy to define or explain. Each and every one of us will feel happy for different reasons. But happiness is not a destination or a target' to reach. It is a way of life, a choice we can make, a state of mind.
Happiness is not dependent upon who you are or what you have; it depends solely upon what you think. When you seek happiness outside of yourself, the feeling is transient; it can go at anytime. When you find true happiness, you experience a feeling of contentment and joy that can sustain you through all of lifes experiences.
The happiness you find within is everlasting. But how do you find this type of happiness? The answer will be very different for each person.
Join me for the In Search of Happiness course and we will delve deeper into this topic to help you discover your own inner happiness. This course is an opportunity to step out of our normal mode of existence in order to deepen our self understanding.
During our time together we will be using:

Group work

Expect relaxation, deep reflection and lots of fun.
At the end of the course you should have a deeper understanding of what happiness means for you.
