Improve your sleep.
Feel calmer and clearer thinking.

  • Get practical tips and tools based on the latest neuroscience and chronobiology.
  • Understand what is happening when we sleep, what affects quality and quantity.
  • Analyse your sleep and have a personal action plan to support that positive change.

We all do it! We spend a third of our lives doing it... and yet, when a good night's sleep has become illusive, our mental and physical health is badly affected.

Using techniques and the latest knowledge Bunty helps people to turn the tide back and bring quality sleep back into their lives.

Join Bunty where each session will give some of the science; share the experience of the group through discussion and learn a technique to help get a better night’s sleep. There will be some ‘homework’ between sessions that will help to make the most of each session.

To book your place, please email: bunty@buntydanntherapy.co.uk, a pre-course questionnaire will be emailed out to you and payment will be expected before the first session begins. Assessment of each session takes place to ensure the quality and development of each session.

Bunty is a highly experienced trainer, for many years she has supported people whose sleep is problematic through her work with people affected by homelessness and those who are managing end of life care. Through all of this learning, these workshops have been developed. Often it is small changes that we make that have the biggest impact.
