Group therapy offers a unique environment in which to learn about and experience both self and others.

The group experience gives individuals an opportunity to explore their issues in depth, in a setting which more closely resembles the work, study, social and family groupings you may experience in everyday life. Working together with others in a group can provide you with valuable insights.

Six spaces available in each group.

  • £160.00 per person (£25.00 deposit to secure your space and £135.00 due four weeks before the weekend) 
  • 10am-5pm (12 hours therapy over two days)
  • Light snacks and refreshments will be available
