'The Ripple effect' Process is a series of affordable Psycho-emotional-educational workshops and groups which can be a great addition or alternative option to one to one therapy.
How to balance your mind, body and weight explores and helps us to understand our relationship with food and the cascade of how our mind can effect our bodily functions which can then go on to effect the way in which we store for example fats.
The workshops and groups are designed to be small and intimate for up to 6 people, where you can learn what might be physically happening for you and importantly some ways in which you can be aware of this and help yourself.
