Help 4 Helpers - Peer support for helping professionals

Help 4 Helpers is a support group that meets once a month to share ideas, brainstorm and offer support to fellow counsellors working independently.

As independent counsellors we often work alone and may not have anyone to bounce around our ideas. Help 4 Helpers is all about coming together to encourage, motivate and inspire each another and break the isolation of working alone.

We encourage partnerships, sharing of tips and collaborative, innovative ways of working. 

Attendees are encouraged to set a goal at the end of the session and sharing progressive steps that have been made.

Lets break the isolation!
