Good Night's Sleep Workshop
Are you finding going to sleep or staying asleep difficult? I have techniques which can help you.We will look at tips to help, and Emotional Freedom Techniques, using breathing exercises, and guided imagery to name but a few.
This is a 1 day workshop,10am till 4 pm. Please bring your own lunch, light refreshments will be provided. There is free parking,and the venue is in walking distance from the bus and train stations.
The group size will be small as I feel that this is important so each person can be heard, so places are limited. Please book early to avoid disappointment. The cost for the day is just £30.
