'Finding stillness in a busy world' - A one day mindfulness retreat in the peace of the Devon Hills.
Join us at the start of a new year to ground yourself for your time ahead.
A chance to be gently guided through mindful meditation, movement, walking and silence. This will be a small group, with availability limited to 15 people.
The retreat is situated in a quiet, warm and spacious studio, nestling in the green Devon Hills above the village of Newton Poppleford, Devon. We are only 20 minutes from Exeter and 10 minutes from the coastal towns of Budleigh, Salterton and Sidmouth.
A hot vegetarian meal is included, along with free drinks and fruit throughout.
The day will be a mixture of guided meditations, teachings and longer periods of silence. It will be led by Gavin Weir-Jones, a qualified and experienced mindfulness teacher and psychotherapist.
This event runs from 9.30am - 4.30pm on 6th January only.

This retreat will be led by Gavin Weir-Jones (http://www.counselling-directory.org.uk/counsellors/gavin-weir-jones) who is an qualified and experienced mindfulness teacher (Exeter University, PG Dip mindfulness based therapies).
Gavin has been running workshops, teaching and coaching for over 25 years.
