Location:Talk in the Bay
33-35 West Bute Street
ONLY 4 PLACES LEFT
Ethical Dilemmas can come in a variety of contexts and levels of severity but are an integral part of professional practice - the challenge has always been to know how to spot them and how to manage them.
Participants will therefore explore a range of models for solving ethical dilemmas and then through the consideration of a selection of case examples apply some new learning to this important area of practice.
The presentation has been designed to take a seemingly dry subject but make it very real and engaging.
* Confidentiality - the contract
* BACP ethical framework
* Exploration of the case examples - Knowing the problem, Considerations, Possibilities, Evaluation and proposed strategies, Implementation and re-evaluation
