Eastleigh women's well-being
This is a registered Rethink Mental Illness group. It is for women with lived experience of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder. The group is facilitated by me and Louise Harris, and between us we have over 30 years knowledge in Adult Mental Health.
The group has been running since July 2015. Members are offered a safe and relaxed setting where they can talk and be heard, learn from others, learn more about themselves, and form new friendships. Group activities vary, yet often focus on improving mental and emotional well-being.
We meet once a month on a Thursday, from 3.30pm - 5.30pm. Each meeting is held in a private and comfortable room within The Wells Place Centre. Refreshments are provided. You can join the group from the age of 18, and if you reside in Eastleigh, Winchester or Southampton.
Details of the next meeting are available upon request. If you are interested in attending, please contact me for an informal chat.
