In small and safe groups we will be taking a positive approach to learning Emotional Literacy and how it can help us to improve our Self-Esteem.
We will be looking at how to increase our ability to understand our emotions, how to listen to others and empathise with their emotions, and the ability to express emotions productively.
We will be using tried and tested techniques for proving your self-esteem
