Making separation manageable

The divorce support group is a unique service to give support to those who are in the process of divorcing, separating or already divorced, an opportunity to talk to either in individual sessions or in small groups of up to eight people about the emotional and psychological impact of their divorce.

The aims of the divorce support group is to help people feel:

  • empowered
  • independent
  • more in control of their lives
  • confident about a different future.

I have extensive training in counselling and psychotherapy beginning from 1979. I completed a BA in Psychology and an M.A in applied sports psychology. I have also completed an advanced diploma in integrative counselling. I have practiced for almost 20 years in a variety of settings. I run a divorce support group.
