Bereavement Matters (St.Albans) and Mosaic Counselling Services are proud to host their third 'HOPE Talk'; part of a series of talks to raise awareness of suicide, death and loss.

When Edward Thomas retired in 2016 as Hertfordshire's County Coroner, the Herts Advertiser's tribute to him was entitled 'Farewell to Hert's Caring Coroner After 30 Years'.

Edward was County Coroner from 2004 to 2016 and will be sharing his unique perspective on death, based on his experiences of dealing with the aftermath of death in unusual or unexplained circumstances.

He is particularly well known for the compassion he has shown to people suffering from mental health issues and those who have lost people in particularly tragic circumstances.
