Further Details:
On our path to discovering our deepest natures and task in the world, we are often called to transcend our personal histories, transform insecurities and drop firm ideas of who we are and the roles we've always played.
What happens when the flow of our everyday life gets disrupted, when we feel we have reached our limits or face what seems like insurmountable challenges?
According to Don Juan, the mythical shaman, life can be seen as a dramatic encounter with the four enemies: Fear, Power, Clarity and Old age.
This experiential workshop is based on the new ideas of Process Work as well as the ancient teachings of Shamanism, Buddhism and Taoism. We will learn ways to befriend and “dance” with these enemies, and to develop fluidity, creativity and lightness in life.
Inner work, dyads, small and large group work will use creative methods, arts and curiosity to explore the unknown and find the 'organising mind' behind the chaos of everyday life. We will discover how through accessing our deepest selves, that our most troublesome problems and events are our biggest learning opportunities.
This workshop is for everyone interested in discovering the unknown and known aspects in one’s life and in one’s world task.
