Critical incident debriefing
The adverse psychological impact of critical incidents is widely recognised and includes anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance and fatigue. In the workplace this can lead to reduced efficiency, motivation and morale, as well as unsafe practice.
Critical incident debriefings are intensive and highly effective interventions. Skilled CID facilitators are a valuable asset to many public and private organisations.
Drawing on our experience and expertise we offer a unique and thorough one-day specialist training which will provide you with the theory and framework as well as the skills, knowledge and confidence to conduct competent and effective debriefings for individuals or groups, following a critical incident.
The course is suitable for counsellors, psychotherapists, managers, nurses, doctors and any healthcare/care practitioners.
