Aims to introduce participants to creative journaling for personal use or with clients/students.
This workshop is aimed at discovering how journaling may be used for creative reflection and well-being. Participants will learn journaling techniques that help promote well-being. We will look at examples of journaling for health and explore barriers to journaling. All materials supplied for exercises. This workshop is suitable for individuals and therapists.
Morning session: Breathe weaving, sensory approaches to journaling, group work journaling techniques.
Afternoon session: Meditation and journaling, mapping emotions, body maps, toolbox for the future.
Trish Miller is an arts facilitator with 30 years experience working in the community, schools and therapy based settings.
- £60 if paid in advance or £65 at the door.
- Refreshments, snacks, handouts and CPD certificate are included in the price.
