A workshop designed to explore ways to communicate more effectively with family and friends, the benefits of communicating non-violently and ways this can help both personally and professionally.


By taking part you will explore the following:

  • The value of listening and sources of support
  • Different responses to conflict
  • The advantages of conflict
  • Non-violent conflict resolution
  • Language and non-violent communication


Embrace Change and our courses are run by experienced youth workers, trainers and legal professionals with over 15 years of experience in their fields. All our counsellors are fully qualified and members of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.
