"Dreaming together brings momentary unity out of diversity." ~ Arnold Mindell

There is magic in things where we least expect. What is of most value often does not present itself in such a way - it prefers to keep itself a secret.

Dreams are living creatures of this magic; capturing our attention into deeper knowing; asking to be met, felt and embodied, as a means of receiving their gifts.

Our dreams, when shared, move from being purely personal to having a collective quality, with the ability to stir something within us all.

Sharing our dream landscapes of stories, characters, symbols and feelings offers us an opportunity to be moved, connect, learn, create and wonder together.

What to Expect:

  • Together, we will share in exploring a dream, brought by participants from the group.
  • Time will be allocated to reflect on personal associations to symbols, characters and scenarios within the dream.
  • Our body, felt sense, and creative imagination will support the process of dreamwork.
  • Movement, sounding, and drawing may be used to support our dreams' full expression.

Open to all levels of experience. CPD credits for therapists are available.

Cost - £20
Limited places available, booking required.
