Changing angry behaviours to live a healthier life
Rachel has a special interest in working with anger issues and is starting to gather prospective clients to start a small development group (max of 8 delegates), to explore personal anger difficulties i.e. road rage, verbal abuse, problems at work with colleagues, or regularly loosing your temper with children.
The workshops are suitable for adults who are willing to work as part of a group in a confidential, non-judgemental way and have no criminal convictions, but where anger negatively affects themselves and their relationships on a regular basis.
It will run over 6 evening sessions and incorporate exploration into anger behaviour, anger/sadness/anxiety/stress states, developing a personal anger scale, how to identify risk areas and triggers, realistic goal setting to maintain a change in anger behaviours, how to build in healthier coping mechanisms, developing alternative ways of communicating upset, anxiety or sadness, healthy lifestyles and relaxation.
It will run during an evening to be agreed with the participants from Bolton at a cost of £90 per individual. Attendance will be offered following a face to face assessment at no cost.
